The group's strategy in terms of cosmetics is based around the company and the brand Algotherm.
Created in 1962, Algotherm was the precursor and initiator of cosmetics based on marine products. Its manufacturing plant is located at Landerneau, a highly suitable site in Brittany where 80% of the seaweeds used in cosmetics are harvested. With 40 years of experience, Algotherm has developed an upmarket range of products that are combined with an exclusive and innovative protocol for face and body care for visibly effective aesthetic results. It is in the superb setting of the Thalassotherapy centre at Deauville that aestheticians from around the world come to develop Algotherm's "Methodology of the five senses".
